So we are back from Ecuador and have been for like a week lol. Its been kinda insane and we've been super busy. We loved Ecuador! Seriously didn't want to leave. Had so much fun exploring with family and friends. Went to the Panicillo, Teleferico, Basilica,Otavalo, Cotacachi,Guayabamba, Mindo, Equator line .... basically all over the place. Loved the food sooo yummy empanadas, jugos, the best fries I've ever had and ice cream of manjar omg how I miss this lol. It was sad to leave but we will be hopefully returning soon (crossing fingers!!!). And something amazing happened on our trip..... DIEGO PASSED THE MCAT!!!! We received the scores and he did very well. I'm so proud of my love. Since being back in the states he's been contacted by both Ross and SGU for an interview! He just had his Ross interview on Friday and Tuesday will be SGU. Please keep us in prayer we are so close!!! We'll keep you all posted as to how things come along.
